This is the place. The loan approval process was agonizing. Wells Fargo can suck it. This is a new venture for Jodi and I. Buying an investment property that is. We did our homework and hopefully everything will work out for us.
Bedroom one of two. Both bedrooms have walk in closets. The place has 2 bathrooms as well.
The best feature of the place is the deck. And the grounds in general. It is very wooded with large mature trees. The deck is generous in size and on the second floor (the whole condo is on the 2
nd floor).
The living room. Our furniture is sparse for the summer. Most likely after these 2 months we will never live here again. We tried hard to buy a place that we cound
rent/market and make desirable easily, over somewhere we would like to live. I think we did it.
